Due to HSO’s competitive growth strategy and ever-evolving HR function, we are hiring a new colleague for our HR team in the Netherlands. As HR Operations Specialist your mission is to build a future proof HR salary amp; benefits structure, payroll system, HR Self Service amp; Management Information System.
You will be working closely together with our HR Business Partners amp; Officers, Finance and of course all international colleagues abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a competitive secondary benefit package for all colleagues;
- Collates, maintain and improve HR policies;
- Own and / or support key international benefits projects;
- Makes sure we are aware of latest changes in labour law, labour tax law so we are acting in a compliant way
- Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks in our processes and procedures;
- Supports Managers amp; HRBP's regarding our HR tools and systems;
- Periodically reports on specific HR KPIs for the HR Director and Leadership.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of HR operations experience;
- Consulting / project management experience is strongly preferred;
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint plus points for other tech in the Microsoft suite;
- You’re able to create insights from data;
- You know all about modern secondary benefits but also about the old fashioned lease car;
- Experience in integration of different benefits packages;
- University degree is preferred;
- Professional level of Dutch amp; English language is needed.
