Zego offers insurance solutions to our pan European Micro Mobility clients. Our clients' interests are at the heart of our activities. We want to assist our Micro Mobility clients where we can including support in any expansion into new markets. This means supporting them with insurance and claims handling options in the countries they want to expand into.

Our Claims department is looking for a bright and talented English speaking Claims Manager (Motor/Micro Mobility) to be in the heart of our claims operations in Europe.

The Claims Manager will be responsible for reviewing, assessing and controlling all of our claims queries, referrals, excess authority and delegated authority as well as instructions for future claims management therefore strong motor claims experience is a must.

The Claims Manager will be getting the best out of our Third Party Administrators and using their expertise to improve our underwriting, pricing and claims performance, and building processes fit for the 21st century.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior / Claims Handler who is ready to take a step up in their claims career and who are passionate about applying their motor claims knowledge in a fast growing insurtech environment where they will help to shape and contribute towards building an industry leading claims solutions across different insurance products.

• Review, assess and control all claim queries, referrals, excess authority and delegated authority providing instructions for future claims management and provide expertise on loss adjusting, legal aspects and settlement
• Assess inflationary factors and trends to make recommendations to pricing and underwriting teams and assist in shaping the claims handling strategy and reserving philosophy
• Monitor and report on market or legislative changes and their potential impact

• Working in Zego’s claims team and with the support of colleagues manage relationships with our TPAs and assist in selecting new claims handling providers
• Work closely with Zego’s fleet team to resolve day to day claims queries and provide guidance on good claims processes
• Build relationships with loss adjusters, investigators, repair networks and solicitors

• You must be a Fluent English speaker and must have motor claims experience. Experience with micro mobility is desirable however not essential
• Strong experience in claims adjusting or claims operations management with either a third party administrator, an insurance company or an insurance broker.
• You are a good claims technician with solid claims handling skills;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are adept at developing strong internal and external relationships to facilitate claims projects and proper day-to-day handling of claims.
