What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for the software and tools used by the all our departments, as well as for the integrations and further automations, making sure that everything runs smoothly.
You will also troubleshoot and investigate issues, escalate these where required and promote best practices for using our systems.
Your main responsibilities:
- Providing situational operational and/or technical support to users.
- Drawing up procedures and user instructions for existing and new systems.
- Ensuring the optimal functioning of the network and workstations in the office.
- Troubleshooting and resolving errors and failures quickly and professionally.
- Ensuring that both our server and desktop infrastructure remain secure and up-to-date by providing them the correct updates in a timely manner.
- Keeping records of the hardware, software, telephony, etc.
- Budgeting, ordering and setting up new equipment, buying software licenses, installing new software, etc.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT administration role.
- Experience with setting up IT projects, like setting up a VPN network or remote control over laptops
- Knowledge of MS Windows 10/11, MAC OS, MS Active Directory, MS Azure, MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint/Teams, Security and anti-virus management, Switches Access points and firewalls.
- Confident knowledge and professional level of the English language is a must.
- Availability for occasional international travel as part of the project.
