Our client is a global company in transport management. They operate one of the largest fleets in Europe.

Ever since their founding in 2015, they have experienced rapid growth in their customer base expanding its operations to other regions in just three years. We are looking for a Sales Administrator for their Netherlands team, so if you are internationally oriented, sales-driven and motivated to build strong relationships with customers, we would like to meet you!

Job Requirements

• Management of customer inquiries by phone and e-mail
• Management of contracts and orders and all other sales related documentation
• Cooperating and supporting Accounting team
• Customers` claims administration
• Data entry into ERP and CRM systems
• Document administration and control
• Registration of new vehicles
• Preparation of vehicles documents
• Close cooperation with other colleagues in your team, and other units

Candidate Requirements

• Similar experience in customer support management
• Fluency in Dutch and English languages
• Knowledge of sales techniques and process
• Excellent communication, work organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs
• Responsibility and logical thinking
