Full-Stack .NET Developer

We currently have a vacancy for Full-Stack .NET Developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in The Hague, the Netherlands. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Design and develop back-end components (REST APIs, Microservices) using .NET Core;
• Write web frontend code in JavaScript frameworks, React (and optionally Vue.js) as well as develop RDBMS components;
• Use ElasticSearch to accelerate the solutions, integrate messaging in order to provide asynchronous solutions, and use Git as a versioning system;
• Design and modify solutions with a security-driven mindset, ensuring compliance with the Organization’s regulations;
• Document solutions, describing the business scenarios and application and integration information;
• Use containers to compose and build the solution, use TFS as CI/CD platform, and implement validation mechanisms as unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end code;
• Participate in the implementation of full-stack .NET solutions, being able to identify proper shortcuts that would accelerate the time to deployment, minimizing the security and reliability impact;
• Follow SCRUM methodology procedures and disciplines.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with more than 6 years of experience in Software Development;
• More than 3 years of experience in front-end Development with JavaScript Frameworks React and Vue.js;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework and .NET Core (gt;=v6.0);
• Good knowledge of SDLC best practices, such as Git, and Unit Testing, as well as the design, documentation, and development of full-stack solutions;
• Good knowledge of the design and development of back-end components, like REST APIs and Microservices together with relational databases, focusing on Microsoft SQL Server;
• Good knowledge of using containers (Docker) and ElasticSearch;
• Good knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and CI/CD systems;
• Ability to draft clear and complete documentation for full-stack solutions (including application, and integration design);
• Excellent command of the English language.
