Operations Manager

Based in Amsterdam, we offer a diverse portfolio of in-house brands, including the rapidly growing and popular G-Rollz.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all production stages run smoothly, from liaising with the manufacturing plant to quality checking imported goods.

• Oversee the operations of multiple teams and ensure that they are meeting company goals and objectives
• Ensuring that all products (new and existing) arrive correctly at our warehouse through communication with the manufacturing plant and staff at headquarters in Amsterdam
• Coordinating with the copywriter, photographer and pricing manager to ensure new products are added to our database
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure that all products follow the guidelines as per the checklis

• Creating reports based on statistics to understand sale trends, dead stock, and identifying new opportunities for our marketing and sales team
• Handling custom clearance
• Checking import/export strategies
• Identify and resolve operational issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Work closely with the CEO to align departmental goals with company-wide objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Experience overseeing multiple teams and managing cross-functional projects
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
