Brief
Tamatem Plus is seeking a strategic thinker to lead the development and success of our products. As a Sr. Product Manager at Tamatem Plus, you will play a critical role in shaping the product concept and vision, identifying customer needs and working closely with engineering teams to bring innovative products to market. You will also collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Role
Your role within Tamatem+’s world will include:
- Product Management
- Drive the execution of the web store lifecycle, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development.
- Determine customer needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information that drives new business opportunities and maximizes revenues and margins.
- Deliver the operating plan for the product : the achievement of growth objectives, including market share, and revenue.
- Establish release management from the ground up, in collaboration with product, technical, quality assurance, and project management.
- Develop plans for deployment and Implementation with monthly release reporting.
- Measure and monitor progress to ensure that store releases are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations.
- Lead the release process and communication, and ensuring that thorough release notes are documented and distributed to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure conflicts between upcoming releases are resolved in accordance with the schedules of other project.
- Ongoing reporting on progress, issues, and solutions. sharing resources and dashboards of project progress/status with all relevant stakeholder.
Team building and management:- Recruits, trains and manages product specialist by planning, monitoring appraising job results.
Requirements
- You Have:
- Bachelor degree in product sector, business Administration, Computer Science or engineering - Master’s degree in the product sector or engineering is a PLUS.
- +7 years of experience in product management role, Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Product manager or Release manager.
Required Skills and Competencies :- Proven experience with payment gateways and/ or other financial systems in MENA.
- Proven success partnering and working cross- functionally to make things happen.
- Significant experience negotiating and executing contracts and agreements.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with payment industry and trends in the MENA region.
- Established relevant business network.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior project management skills.
- Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative.
