Job Description
Onera is looking for an Intern - Human Resources (HR) to join our HR department. As an Intern - HR, you will be reporting to the HR manager and assist in providing HR support and perform administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for a junior candidate to learn about Dutch labor law and HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and processes, will be ready to dive into day to day operations in an ever changing work environment typical of an ambitious and fast-growing scale-up.

Key Responsibilities - What You'll Do
- Assisting with the implementation of new HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining, reorganizing and updating required HR personnel documentation
- Managing and conducting employee climate surveys
- Participate in the improvement of HR processes
- Support ad hoc HR projects
Your Profile - What You'll Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s program in HR, Labor Law or similar
- Basic knowledge of HR, Dutch Labor law and/or keen to learn
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), Dutch is a plus
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, can-do mentality and ability to adapt to change
