In our International Product Development team, we’re looking for a Full Stack lead, whose mission is to coordinate and guide the team in order to build exciting new functionality and continue transforming our legacy product according to market standards.
Responsibilities
- Developing new functionality and maintain our platform, using technologies such as PHP (Symfony) and VueJS;
- Translate Business and Software requirements in working software, each developer will lead an Epic and will work close with Product Owner to create technical solutions and technical User Stories. You will challenge your technical peers to find the best technical solution.
- Take responsibility for delivery of high-quality work and open to discussions if you think processes or code can be improved.
- Be the leader of our product development team, provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues.
- Drive the change to develop your team in a fast pace environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Full stack developer and 2 year leading small teams (3 - 6 people).
- Excellent communication skills, providing guidance and feedback to the team.
- Leadership skills, dynamic, motivated, data oriented and result focused.
- Interpersonal abilities, people oriented and team worker.
- Love to work in an Agile environment, open to vivid discussion and keeps eye on the ball
- Experience in MVC principals, SOLID and architectural visions is a big plus.
- You write efficient, clean code.
- Able to work in our Breda (NL) office 1-2 days a week (Hybrid).
