Job Description

BP3 is on an exciting growth trajectory. With a growing number of enterprise customers, a recent investment from Horizon Capital and a growing addressable market, BP3 is looking to capture more of the European Automation market. BP3's unique services and skills combined with its expansive experience, sets it apart in the market. To support this growth, we are expanding our sales team with a Business Development Representative.

This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales professional to grow in the enterprise software and IT-services sales space. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving new software and services leads and opportunities with enterprise customers across Europe. There is a high level of autonomy in this role, allowing the Business Development Representative to determine their own success and take on more of the sales-cycle. On the other hand, the Business Development Representative will work closely with the European sales team to determine go-to-market strategies and learn the ropes of complex enterprise sales cycles.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining commercial relationships with prospects / customers to identify and nurture qualified sales leads and opportunities
  • Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling and social media
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to identify patterns and develop new sales strategies to take to market
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Preparing commercial and pricing documents
  • Providing prompt responses to all customers
  • Promoting company products and services
  • Attending physical amp; digital events and working with partners to uncover new sales opportunities
  • Setting high-value appointments with target prospects

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an inside B2B sales role, preferably for a technology company (Software and/or technology services company)\
  • Must have a confident, competitive, eager and positive attitude in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
  • Proven success in reaching decision makers and quickly determining a qualified sales opportunity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal guidance
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English amp; Dutch verbal and written communication skills (another European language a plus)
  • Computer skills MS Office suite, Salesforce, Google Suite
  • Self-directed starter with a strong business acumen
  • Highly motivated and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
