Job Description

Due to the rapid growth of our European office in Oosterhout (NB), we are looking for a full time Business Development Manager. As a new member of the European Sales Team at OnLogic you help OnLogic achieve aggressive growth targets. With your outgoing personality and in-depth inquisitive nature you thrive in identifying the ideal customers for our global industrial PC company

On an average day, you'll...

  • Research, identify and reach out to target customers in order to generate new business.
  • Generate leads through collaborating on direct marketing efforts in coordination with the local and global Marketing Team.
  • Proactively target opportunities through various channels, including mining existing customer databases as well as other tools and platforms.
  • Consult with new customers to gather their technical and project requirements.
  • Provide the best solution for the customer by collaborating with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed to.
  • Attend and manage various trade show activities. In advance of the show, you will perform research, outreach and request meetings. During the show, you will pitch OnLogic's value prop, understand industry trends, develop rapport and build relationships. After the show, you will follow-up on leads, manage multiple outreaches, schedule post-show calls with sales and engineering resources and track trade show Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Work with our partnerships team on co-selling activities with global partners, generating leads and opportunities that fuel future growth
  • Become the subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations while remaining up to date on industry news.
  • Develop and manage relationships in line with our software partnerships and partnership growth strategy.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in commercials or economics.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and/or business.
  • You speak and write Dutch amp; English fluently (level C2/C1). A third European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) is a big advantage.
  • You have enough IT knowledge to level with your technical colleagues and customers and a basic understanding of the Industrial PC industry.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is 3.500,- to 5.000,- per month and personal incentives (OTE). We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
