Job Description
Do you have excellent leadership, coaching and influencing skills? Are you looking for a new challenge where you can build a meaningful long career? If so, there is a great chance to join the team at Huboo as a Relief Supervisor in one of our warehouses based in Veldhoven. We are looking for an experienced Relief Supervisor to support the supervisor on the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share.

Huboo is an Ecommerce fulfilment company, maybe you don’t know what this means or maybe you know and you think is not an exciting business, in the first case don’t worry, we’ll explain you everything you need to know, in the second case you could not be more wrong!
Founded in 2017, Huboo was created by e-commerce sellers for e-commerce sellers. Martin Bysh (CEO) and Paul Dodd (CTO) found that the demands and struggles that came with picking, packing, and shipping their products was becoming impossible. They considered outsourcing their fulfilment but could not find a company that allowed them to remain in the driving seat of their growing business.
Paul and Martin soon created Huboo’s unique Hub Model.
Huboo was then founded. Huboo is not like any normal fulfilment warehouse, we have a specific Hub Model, which allows our Hub Managers to take ownership of their Hubs and be the point of contact for our clients.
