Looking for a new challenge in Talent Acquisition? We’re searching for a Recruiter to join our growing international talent acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for a strategic, result-oriented and analytical recruiter based in the Netherlands to join an industry leader during an important and exciting transitional phase in our history.

What you’ll be responsible for as a Recruiter at albelli-Photobox Group

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders split between the UK, Netherlands, and Spain, owning the full recruitment life cycle for commercial and operational hires by sourcing, attracting and onboarding the best available talent into your teams.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring strategy that best supports the team’s hiring plans by growing a diverse talent pipeline and being the go-to talent advisor for your business partners.

The impact you’ll make

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for our plants (job briefings, adverting, sourcing and managing candidates through the interview process and negotiating offers)
  • Build trusted relationships with your stakeholders by making regular visits to our Netherlands plant in Ypenburg and on occasion to our Spanish plant in Paterna
  • Manage 5+ roles at any given time and in different countries
  • Actively source candidates for your open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Champion an amazing candidate experience by delivering a fair and consistent experience for all candidates who entire into an interview process with albelli-Photobox Group, providing an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
  • Be a true business partner, using data you’ve collected to inform hiring managers on market conditions which also help shape and drive your recruitment strategy and manage their expectations
  • Create and build a talent pipeline as well as engage with talent externally across social media sites like LinkedIn by sharing content and jobs
  • Actively share your knowledge of recruitment best practices with the team to enable us all to hire smarter
  • Advise and coach hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices
  • Keep Workable ATS up to date in order to maintain clean data for reporting.

Requirements

Must Have Experience:

  • Experience recruiting commercial and operations professionals can be agency or in house
  • Knowledge of the Dutch recruitment market (UK and Spanish market knowledge is a big plus)
  • Data driven approach to recruitment, using past data to improve future outcomes
  • Experience in active sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean searches
  • Experience using ANY Application Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers to drive deliverables for the recruitment team
  • Experience writing engaging and inclusive job adverts to reach the right audiences
  • Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through to onboarding
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Skilled with modern technical sourcing techniques to find the best candidates
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
