Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will be working with our own enterprise software that gives you a competitive advantage over our competition. As a Scrum Master, you will be working with multiple scrum teams on different products to reach every sprint goal, have fun retrospectives, suggest and implement improvements and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Your Monday starts with having the ceremonies with your team, this entails having a chat about the fun you had in the weekend closing off with the goal of the day for the scrum team. After that you will provide support for any impediments and will actively chase them and will prepare any ceremonies for that day including interactive retrospectives.
As a Scrum Master, you will continuously improve and stimulate the self-organizing attitude of our teams by creating a positive work environment, being ‘the voice of reason’ when situations require handling with care. Not being afraid of pointing out problems, and seeking solutions when necessary. Your daily tasks will consist of coaching the Product Owner(s) and developers prioritizing the backlog and making sure the Artifacts are always taken into account. You will be the facilitator for all ceremonies and will guard all Agile methodologies. Last but not least you will be the safety net for any external disturbances so the team can work as efficiently as they can.
Every Friday we will come together as a team to play some online games to start the weekend.

Requirements
Are we a perfect match?
- You enjoy being a great communicator that stimulates conversation
- You have 3+ years of experience in a related position
- Coaching the business on their road to agility sound like music in your ears
- You have extensive experience with Jira or any similar tool/software
- You’re a result- and plan-driven pragmatic facilitator with efficiency being the highest priority
