The Legal department of the business Unit FDF has a vacancy in its Rijswijk offices, for the following position:
Internship Legal Commercial contracts
The Position
This position will report into the legal department and will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales department.
The main activities and responsibilities:
- Review of contracts/amendments.
- Organize a database (preferably MS access) with the most recent relevant important clauses (business will specify), effective dates.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Finishing or just finished legal studies and has interest in commercial agreements and pharmaceutical industry.
- Is fluent in English.
- Is proactive, collaborative, pragmatic and inquisitive.
- Can work well under pressure.
- Has had preferably study or work related international experience.
Terms and reward
We offer an internship contract for 3 months in a challenging, comprehensive and operational environment, with many opportunities for personal input and plenty of discussions with other professionals. The organization is very flat. You have a lot of freedom and responsibility in an open, direct and informal atmosphere.
We offer an internship fee. Preference is fulltime, 4 days a week can be discussed.
We aim for a start of the internship at shortest notice.
