Your opportunity:

We are pushing for fast growth in 2023 and beyond, by ramping up sales of our product offering that is revolutionizing how institutions surrounding funds operate. We have big plans and the right team in place to execute them. You join our mission to arm institutions on the front line of fighting financial crime.

You are a growth hustler who understands B2B lead gen and selling and ideally the fund management and/or fund administration space. You are hands-on and use your hustler mentality to acquire new leads, help us build out our sales process, and just get sales done.

We are expanding our sales capabilities by bringing you on as a Business Development Rep (BDR). You fill this dynamic role and help shape it as we grow you get excited about the amazing opportunity to work closely with the founders and the entire sales team and influence the future of the company. You will help co-create the sales lead gen approach and together with the core sales team, push past your targets in record time.

The role:

At Mesh ID, our BDRs drive top-of-the-funnel sales activity that increases potential revenue for the company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within assigned territories. You will develop new business opportunities to fuel the pipeline by conducting strategic research and cold calling/emailing into the C-Suite of potential logos. BDRs are valuable contributors to the success of Mesh ID; top performers have the opportunity to build successful careers within the sales organization.

  • You will identify top-quality opportunities for our sales team through the discovery and qualification of outbound leads
  • You will effectively deliver Mesh ID's value proposition to new prospects
  • You will consistently reach daily goals of calls and emails
  • You will source new leads through creative outbound methods
  • You will achieve daily, weekly and monthly pipeline goals
  • You will build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • You will manage a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time
  • Your will closely monitor and assess prospects as they move through the sales pipeline

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional sales experience
  • Fluent in English, additional languages (such as Dutch and French) would be an advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience prospecting and cold calling
  • Consistent achievement of hitting weekly and monthly targets
  • Ambitious, organized, and energetic
  • History of building strong, meaningful relationships and taking pride in being a great communicator
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to and connect with all levels at an organization
  • Proven history of following through with goals and commitments
  • Quick learner, able to take initiative with excellent at problem-solving ability
  • Tech savvy you’re not afraid to pick up new technology and work with it. We use Pipedrive (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and we use the MS Office ecosystem.
  • A positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Passion, drive and kick-ass attitude - you need to be a hands-on self-starter with infectious entrepreneurial spirit, a genuine interest in this space, be persistent, and have the desire to build a career in fintech/SaaS sales.
