Job Description

You will be optimizing Conversion Rates for our Marketplaces with our Organic team. You will be a key player in determining strategy, but you will also execute.

Key Responsibilities

Your Monday starts with a good cup of coffee/chit-chat with your colleague about your amazing weekend. After that, you will start your week with an Organic kick-off meeting with your team and manager. In this meeting, the team will reflect on the SEO and CRO results of last weeks and set the priorities for the upcoming week. Those priorities will be based on hitting SEO and CRO targets.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Analyzing user behavior with tools as: HotJar and translating this to a hypothesis
  • A/B testing with tools as: VWO
  • Responsible for hitting CR targets for all Marketplaces.

After a week full of working on a variety of projects in collaboration with your team, Friday has arrived and we are ready for a well-deserved weekend and maybe having some fun with your colleagues to close off the week.

Requirements

Are we a perfect match?

  • You enjoy being team focused and supporting others
  • You have a bachelor's degree
  • Minimal 3 years of work experience as CRO specialist
  • You're very analytical and can come up with creative solutions
  • You're experienced with one of the following tools: VWO, Optimizely or Google Optimize.
  • Excel/Google sheets have no secrets for you.
  • You're structured and experienced with projectmanagement
