To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a temporary Business Analyst (6-9 months).
Your new role
As a Business Analyst on temporary assignment at New10, you will be closely working with the Finance, Data, Products amp; Technology teams in a dedicated business domain. Your main objective is to enable data delivery from New10 to our parent company ABN AMRO Bank. You love complexity and with your strong communication skills, you help us navigate to understand the full picture. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills help you in defining solutions together with our egineering teams. You are responsible for:
- Getting clarity of the business and regulatory requirements from New10 and ABN AMRO Bank stakeholders and translating them into user stories
- Al
- Supporting the domain team in solution architecture to optimize the data delivery to ABN AMRO Bank
- Setting up together with our engineers the ETL technology (Extract, Transform, Load) to enable New10 to provide additional data attributes to the format ABN AMRO Bank require
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has
- Availability on short notice for a period between 6-9 months
- Experience with ABN AMRO is preferable
- Experience with AWS is preferable
- 5+ years of experience with agile way of working, preferably as business analyst in a financial organisation or fintech
- Hands on mentality as well as skills in guiding developers
- Analytical mindset that doesn’t get lost in details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and easily get on with people from different backgrounds.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
