You don’t like to sit around all day and like to stay busy. As a Logistics Supervisor your responsibility is to ensure all our boxes are prepared and ready to be dispatched at all times. As a Logistics Supervisor for Marley Spoon you are always moving. You are the connection between the various departments and ensure that the boxes are ready on time. You are detail oriented and quickly pick up new tasks. This position is physically challenging. This is because you walk back and forth a lot and are busy with boxes filled with different ingredients. Good time management is important here, which goes hand in hand with good communication skills. You don't find working in a cooled room a problem and you like a dynamic environment. If there are shortages in other functions, you don't mind filling in there.

What are you going to do

• Scanning, sorting and palletizing orders;
• Training and assisting drivers with loading during dispatch of orders;
• Performing minor packing operations when required, such as replacing damaged boxes;
• Responsible for safety, hygiene, security, and maintaining the warehouse in the required condition, temperature, etc. to ensure product quality and safety.

Requirements

Your qualities:

• You learn quickly and are curious;
• You have problem solving skills;
• Ability to work in a temperature controlled environment;
• Ability to lift at least 15kg;
• Can work flexible hours;
• Good knowledge of Dutch and/or English language;
• Available for 35 hours a week;
• Available to work on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday;
• Previous work experience with fresh products is an advantage.;
