Warehouse Administrator
Key responsibilities for the Warehouse Administrator:
- Working in our warehouses
- Data entry across multiple platforms
- Booking stock in and out of our warehouse
- Keeping the warehouse stocked with essential equipment
- Updating Monday boards
- Capturing info on spreadsheets
- Ensuring data collated has enough information and is accurate
- Working with internal stakeholders
- Working alongside internal teams within our warehouse
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately
- Keep your daily tasks up-to-date and organised to ensure you remain efficient in your work
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
Key Requirements for the Warehouse Administrator:
- Data entry experience
- Clear and concise communication skills are a must
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Microsoft packages experience
- Ability not just to work but to thrive under pressure - in a high-paced, fast-growth environment
- Not afraid to get stuck in. Must have a can-do attitude

Huboo is an Ecommerce fulfilment company, maybe you don’t know what this means or maybe you know and you think is not an exciting business, in the first case don’t worry, we’ll explain you everything you need to know, in the second case you could not be more wrong!
Founded in 2017, Huboo was created by e-commerce sellers for e-commerce sellers. Martin Bysh (CEO) and Paul Dodd (CTO) found that the demands and struggles that came with picking, packing, and shipping their products was becoming impossible. They considered outsourcing their fulfilment but could not find a company that allowed them to remain in the driving seat of their growing business.
Paul and Martin soon created Huboo’s unique Hub Model.
Huboo was then founded. Huboo is not like any normal fulfilment warehouse, we have a specific Hub Model, which allows our Hub Managers to take ownership of their Hubs and be the point of contact for our clients. They are not only pickers and packers but are also account managers too. Huboo work with client selling through eBay, Amazon, and other channels. We are the fastest growing e-commerce fulfilment company in the UK, and we are looking for great candidates to join our exciting journey!
