Reporting directly to the Sales Lead for The Netherlands, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for The Netherlands you will play a vital role in the growth of the already extensive Wallbox partner landscape. You will be a brand ambassador for Wallbox, keeping partners up to date with the latest changes and enhancements to our solutions, upskilling and training to increase sell-through, and closing new sales within existing partner accounts.

Also, liaising with sales and marketing departments to implement initiatives, increase joint Wallbox and partner awareness, and ultimately grow the Wallbox market share throughout the Dutch EV marketplace.

Role Description

  • Map out the Wallbox partner network
  • Lead the growth of the Wallbox partner network by identifying and scouting new opportunities
  • Identify objectives, strategies, and growth plans to improve short- and long-term sales within Wallbox partners
  • Follow up of the sales pipeline daily and make sure all activities (call/mail/f2f) are in Salesforce
  • Liaise with the Dutch Sales team, to transmit local knowledge and requirements to create new business opportunities
  • Set up, plan, and execute joint marketing initiatives to develop Wallbox brand awareness nationwide (in-store activation, events, training, etc.)
  • Work in partnership with your team to achieve joint targets within this partner base

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, communication, or marketing
  • Minimum 2+ years’ relevant experience
  • Relevant business development experience with the B2B market
  • Believe in sustainable business and social responsibility
  • Proven track record in relationship management in the Dutch market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in partner education, and presenting training is a plus.
  • Autonomous, self-starter, as this role will be prominently field based
  • Process-driven salesperson, who can identify new business / upsell opportunities in any environment
  • Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Tech-savvy
  • An ambitious and hungry individual who has the desire to grow professionally in line with Wallbox and the EV market
  • Driving license
  • Native Dutch level and written and spoken fluency in English

  • Experience in EV Charging Solutions and/or Distribution channels
