Currently, Cross Border Talents are in search of a Mendix Developer for one of our clients in the Netherlands.
The company in question is a renowned Dutch agency specialized in the recruitment and relocation of technical specialists for the Netherlands. Some of the names they work with include clients like ASML, VDL, DAF Trucks, Siemens and many more.
For one of their projects for an international innovation leader in the semiconductor industry, they are looking for a Mendix Developer. You’ll be part of a world class, market leader organization for the high-tech lithography, metrology and software solutions in the semiconductor industry. They are a global company with 70 offices spanning 16 different countries, headquartered in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
As they are growing rapidly, they are rolling out Mendix to the IT community as the Rapid Application Development Platform. Bringing speed, quality and agility to the business with Mendix is what they strive for. The Mendix Competence Team has started early 2020 with the first apps being developed according to the Mendix App Factory Framework and is looking for new talent to develop apps that are on the portfolio.
In this role you will:
- Work as Mendix Developer or as Mendix Lead Developer in a multidisciplinary agile delivery team and work with the team and product owner to build the app needed;
- Work according to the best practices and architectural principles defined by the Mendix Competence Team;
- Support the Mendix Achitects and Domain / Solution Architects in designing the best possible applications;
- Work with the Mendix Competence Team members in sharing skills / knowledge and help to improve the best practices;
- Collaborate with Mendix developers from other Mendix partners and challenge / check the quality of the apps build to deliver max value of the apps;
- Coach where needed internal colleagues in your delivery team on Mendix technology and help the Mendix Competence Team in supporting the growth in competency;
- Dare to challenge, collaborate intensively and care for your work and colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (for example in Information Technology);
- 3+ years of practical experience in Mendix Delivery, preferably in an international environment;
- Mendix Advanced Certified;
- Experience in hybrid cloud environment, understanding integration concepts;
- Java / Javascript, HTML, CSS, UI design, Integration (REST-API-ODATA) and React Native;
- Mobile app development experience with Mendix React Mobile.
