Studyportals' mission is to bring transparency to the wealth of study opportunities in the world’s higher education market.
During your 6 months internship in our University Marketing team, you will help Studyportals grow its brand awareness and generate interest among our B2B audience: higher education professionals worldwide. You will be strongly encouraged to come up with and develop your own ideas and initiatives while having the opportunity to get involved in current projects alongside a highly motivated, international team.
Your role
To do so, your main responsibilities will be to assist the University Marketing team with campaign integrations and automation for webinars and email marketing. Create content for social media campaigns and advertisements, with the goal of keeping our followers engaged and increasing the quality of incoming leads. Furthermore, it will be your job to assess the quality of these leads and showcase their value to our sales team
What you will do
- Write and develop content for various media channels (e.g. email marketing, articles, blog posts)
- Collaborate with the marketing team in further developing and implementing our digital campaigns and email strategy
- Manage Studyportals' social media postings on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Learn about lead nurturing tactics and strategies
- Run marketing automation campaigns that deliver value to our future clients
- Process all incoming contact information for both digital content and offline events
- Assist the Marketing Manager in the marketing planning and execution
Requirements
- Currently pursuing your studies in a relevant field (e.g. Digital Media, Journalism, Marketing, Communications) / must be enrolled at a university in the Netherlands
- Exceptional writing skills and comfortable with writing both short amp; long copy
- Quick learner and ideally have first experience with web-based tools
- Positive, self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Pro-active and not afraid to suggest and initiate your own ideas
- Proficient in English, with great English writing skills (no Dutch required);
- Analytical mindset and great attention to details
- Goal-oriented, social media and tech savvy
