Right now, we are experiencing an inflow of projects, therefore we need a new Senior Project or Program Manager to engage with our customers.
We are looking for someone who gets energized by taking a leading role in contributing to Keylane’s delivery pipeline and ensure high quality implementations. Key about your role
As a Senior Project Manager in Keylane, you will facilitate, measure and drive our most essential and challenging projects. Together with your team of business analysts and expert consultants, you will drive the customer implementation project using software deliverables from our Product Development department. You will be the one facilitating and leading the project in the right direction, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- In the position as Senior Project Manager you will take lead of a project, where you will get familiar with colleagues both in the Netherlands and abroad, customers, products and working methods. You will oversee the time schedule and sprints, while creating overview, structure and rhythm for your team. Next to that you’re responsible for the timelines, budget, the result and the delivery.
- Stakeholder Management between the customer and different sections in Keylane will be a key part of the role as Senior Project Manager.
- You know how to be close to the team/stakeholders and be hands-on in your leadership, by removing impediments and bringing the team forward.
- You will be a part of our Solutions and Programs team, who are always on the beat, when it comes to engaging with clients about our solutions.
Key about you
Furthermore, we think it is important that you:
- Have 15+ years of experience in managing major IT and implementation projects with multidisciplinary teams
- are excellent at creating relations and managing stakeholders internally and externally
- be an effective and structured communicator verbally and in writing
- have knowledge of, and experience with pension and the financial sector
- are used to working in agile environments with a customer based perspective and know how to apply different project and agile management methodologies in a pragmatic way to get the desired result
- are proactive, flexible and a real team player
- have a pragmatic take on finding solutions according to our clients needs
- want to keep developing yourself
- are fluent in both Dutch and English. The daily language is mainly Dutch.

- A competitive monthly gross salary based on 40 hours per week for a senior position.
