ZFX is one of the leading online trading provider for Forex, precious metals and CFD with focus of Asia and MENA emerging markets and great plans for international expansion.

About the Project

In Payments team, we develop and maintain solutions which allow customer to deposit money to our trading system, withdraw them and make internal transfers between trading accounts. We have some legacy code powered by PHP/Yii and new code written on C#/.NET. The main objective of our product team is to maintain existing solutions and seamlessly switch customers from them to new ones.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and support current features of Payments product
• Maintain legacy code, perform reverse engineering
• Implement and lead refactoring to improve resiliency and quality of a service
• Convert requirements into technical tasks
• Conduct code reviews
• Enhance and maintain technical documentation
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Web development experience, understanding of HTTP protocol and REST architecture style
• Experience creating web applications and services with API
• Good knowledge of PHP language and Yii framework
• Working experience with RDMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL or other) and NoSQL Database (Mongo, Redis or other)
• Experience building solutions with number of integrations with internal and external systems
• Understanding of modern Software Development Life Cycle
• Product thinking approach to deliver value in small short increments on an iterative basis
• Comfortable working by iterative process in agile environment
• Familiar with Jira or other task tracking tool
• Familiar with Git and Git branching models
• Experience working in a team

• Experience with C# language and .NET framework
• Familiar working with linux, docker and k8s
